ZuttoRide Corporation was founded in 1997 as a Japan’s first nationwide roadside assistance service company for motorcycles. Since then, we have provided membership services of roadside assistance service, theft insurance and extended warranty programs for motorcycles and our business has grown to be entrusted with HONDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI and KAWASAKI, which are the 4 biggest motorcycle manufacturers in Japan.

In April 2011, ZuttoRide Corporation has spun out from the parent company listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange by MBO(management buyout).
In 2012, our business has expanded to Vietnam and Indonesia and operating for the motorcycle membership service same as Japan.
In Japan, we have started bicycle insurance in Japan to meet the new needs to cope with bicycle accidents which became a social issue recently.
Both businesses are needed by the society and have social significance which triggers our high sense of responsibility to handle these matters by ourselves and we have been kept working hard.

In October 2016, we changed our company name from JBR Motorcycle Corporation to ZuttoRide Corporation at the timing of 20 years anniversary as well as 5 years after from management buyout. “Zutto” means “Forever” and the new company name, ZuttoRide came from our strong aspiration of “wish for enjoy riding two-wheel forever,” “wish for become a beloved company forever,” “wish for contribute to Two-wheel Industries forever,” “wish for grow up with our member forever,” and “wish for being a lasting company forever.”

We established ZuttoRide Sharing Corporation as a group company in June 2018 and ZuttoRide Small Amount and Short Term Insurance Corporation in February 2019 to participate in the sharing business and the develop insurance products specialized in Two Wheels such as motorcycles and bicycles.

Our Corporate philosophy starts from helping the people who are in trouble. And contribute to society by providing reliable, safe and comfortable service to every riders as we can in order that they could enjoy their ride on Two Wheels forever.

We shall sincerely continue our challenges to offer services which are useful and help contribute to the society.
